My Purpose

I believe that finance, when grounded in meaning, governance, and coherence, can transform not only companies but also human journeys. Profit is not the starting point - it is the natural outcome of projects that are aligned, well-structured, and carried by a clear vision.

What I Stand For ?

• Meaning before numbers: strategy must come from purpose - individual and collective - not just from spreadsheets.

• Governance as foundation: without clear rules and a cockpit of control, projects become fragile.

• Alignment as strength: coherence between values, actions, and decisions. No posture, no masks.

• Clarity as method: I dissect, I simplify without diluting.

I hold a space where leaders reconnect with what truly matters : vision, coherence and the courage to lead differently.

A former banker turned entrepreneur, I have spent over 15 years at the intersection of traditional finance and disruptive innovation.

My journey includes working at UBS and Lombard Odier, advising forward-thinking VC funds like Fabric Ventures and supporting bold start-ups, bridging the gap between established institutions, emerging technologies and strategic investors.

I am the founder and host of Finscale and From Within podcasts - 300+ episodes in English and French, followed in 100+ countries.

I teach at HEC Paris. I run trails. I raise four kids.

My fuel ? Vision, coherence and the courage to lead differently.
